Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Betting & Match-Related Questions

When a match is cancelled or abandoned, the following rules generally apply at Ashabet. If a match is called off before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are fully refunded. If a match has started and a sufficient number of overs have been completed – typically a full innings in cricket – and a result can be determined under the DLS method, bets are settled accordingly. If the minimum number of overs has not been met, the match is considered incomplete and all bets are refunded. Different rules may apply to live bets, where settlement is based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed. If you have any questions about how a specific match was settled, please reach out via live chat.

Ashabet offers a wide range of cricket betting markets suited to both experienced and casual bettors. The most popular is the Match Winner market — simply bet on which team takes the win. Beyond that, you'll find Toss Winner, First Innings Total Runs (Over/Under), Top Run Scorer, Top Wicket Taker, Number of Sixes, Powerplay Runs, and many more specialist markets. Live betting opens up ball-by-ball options such as next-ball outcome and runs in the next over. Betting is available across all three formats — T20, ODI, and Test. Log in and head to the Sports Betting section to browse every available market in full detail.
